Day 697 | Avocado Egg Salad

For some reason, since Easter, I've been craving egg salad. The really odd part of that is that I don't like mayo, a staple in most egg salad recipes. I found one that uses avocado instead of mayo, though, and it's delicious. Totally hit the spot.
